We are delighted to announce that AllUnity has joined SFTI as our newest member!

AllUnity is a regulated e-money institution headquartered in Frankfurt and a joint venture by DWS, Flow Traders and Galaxy. The company focuses on building regulated stablecoin infrastructure for Europe and beyond, combining asset management expertise, liquidity provision and digital asset infrastructure know-how.

With its BaFin EMI licence and its MiCAR-compliant stablecoins, AllUnity brings a highly relevant perspective to the SFTI community at the intersection of digital assets, payments, tokenised settlement and programmable finance. Its euro-denominated stablecoin EURAU, the recently launched Swiss franc stablecoin CHFAU and the Swedish krona stablecoin SEKAU illustrate how regulated digital money can support new forms of settlement, liquidity management and cross-border payment use cases.

With AllUnity, SFTI welcomes a member that strengthens our community’s understanding of regulated stablecoins as an emerging infrastructure layer for financial services. This is particularly relevant as regulated stablecoins, tokenisation and digital settlement are moving from experimentation towards adoption and will become important building blocks for trusted, interoperable and scalable financial services.

Alexander Höptner, CEO at AllUnity, says:

“SFTI brings together the institutions that are actively building the future of Swiss and European finance and that is exactly where AllUnity belongs. With three MiCAR-compliant stablecoins already live, we bring practical insights into how regulated stablecoins can transform and optimize settlement, liquidity management and cross-border payments.”

Stephanie Wickihalder, President of SFTI, comments:

“We are very excited to welcome AllUnity as a new member of SFTI. AllUnity brings a strong and timely perspective on regulated stablecoins, digital settlement and programmable financial infrastructure.”

Andra Maute, Member of the Management Team and Working Group Lead, highlights AllUnity’s contribution and knowledge transfer in the working group “Stablecoin Business Models for the Swiss Financial System”:

“Having AllUnity as a working group member is critical for pressure-testing our business model frameworks against a live issuer, and for understanding how a MiCA-regulated European operator has addressed the same structural challenges Switzerland faces.”

We look forward to collaborating with AllUnity and to jointly contributing to the development of a strong, innovative and trusted Swiss financial ecosystem.
