«Vorschläge zur Verringerung von Markteintrittshürden für Fintech-Unternehmen»
As stated in our last newsletter our working group Fintech Regulation wrote a statement regarding the document «Vorschläge zur Verringerung von Markteintrittshürden für Fintech-Unternehmen» of the Eidgenössisches Finanzdepartements (EFD). Our statement was sent to Swiss Banking and consolidated feedback of the industry given to the EFD. A summary of the most important statements is provided on page 2 of our document. We are still in contact with all involved parties and make sure to inform you on follow up developments regarding fintech regulation.
